Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive anytime after 4 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 11 AM for a seamless departure. Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, subject to approval. Maximum of 2 pets only. Professional Cleaning: Rest easy—each unit undergoes professional cleaning after every stay to ensure a pristine environment. We do not allow any package deliveries in the property. Please do not send any packages to the property during your stay. We do not have access to receive them and cannot be held responsible for any loss. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priorities—thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all! Upgrading Apartments: - We strive to take the best care of our guests and have been Super Hosts for over two years. For guests there is nothing worse than having a host cancel at the last-minute for any number of reasons and being left to find a new place in a panic and rush. We take pride in never having cancelled on a confirmed guest reservation. However over the past 2 years on a few occasions there have been circumstances beyond our control, such as plumbing leaks or excessive damage caused by previous guests that require a few days to fix. As a consequence, if a guest books any of our properties, we reserve the right to upgrade them to a superior and more expensive apartment in the same neighborhood to ensure they have a smooth and happy stay.
