Upgrading Apartments: - We strive to take the best care of our guests and have been Super Hosts for over two years. For guests there is nothing worse than having a host cancel at the last-minute for any number of reasons and being left to find a new place in a panic and rush. We take pride in never having cancelled on a confirmed guest reservation. However over the past 2 years on a few occasions there have been circumstances beyond our control, such as plumbing leaks or excessive damage caused by previous guests that require a few days to fix.
